A fully automated production line specifically developed to manufacture head units used in Mercedes vehicles. The system begins with two feeder stations, followed by a robotic assembly station that quickly and flawlessly assembles the components. The line then continues with a screwing station and concludes with a robotic labeling station.

Introducing our dual rotary-table system, which achieves outstanding efficiency and quality through the perfect synchronization of production and measurement. The first unit, called the “production rotary table,” automatically assembles the sensor, performs welding, and ensures a faultless process using camera inspection. The second, known as the “measurement rotary table,” begins with a vacuum test, then measures jitter at high speed, performs laser engraving, calibration, and precisely measures every crucial characteristic of the sensor. With this dual solution, we can simultaneously enhance productivity and elevate quality assurance, as the entire manufacturing process is managed by a single, coordinated system.
An EOL tester delivered to the Chinese market. The equipment features four torque and cable-resistance measurement stations, along with two calibration and function test stations to ensure flawless final products. Its special feature is a custom-designed conveyor belt, allowing the next product to continue along the line without holding up the entire process when a station is occupied. This flexible solution significantly boosts productivity while ensuring fast and accurate final inspection.
